Heat to between 80°C and 90°C (176–194°F). Avoid boiling water to help preserve natural compounds.
Place 1 Purisaki sachet in a 200ml (7 oz) cup.
Allow to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes to fully draw out the natural compounds.
Remove the sachet and sip. Can be enjoyed plain or with a drizzle of natural honey.
Purisaki may be enjoyed 1 to 2 times per day, preferably in the morning or between meals.
